Our Team

Craig Carter

I was born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 29, 1966, and I am a proud father of five. I attended Norfolk State University, where I earned my Associate Degree in Business Management. I am passionate about giving back to my community, especially through mentoring youth and helping guide the next generation toward success. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, grilling, and spending time with family and friends. As Founder of Community Peace Collective, I am committed to building stronger, more connected communities rooted in support, mentorship, and opportunity for all.

Chef Jermaine McNeill, also known as Chef Maine Topic, is a Boston-based private chef and founder of AllForkedUp Catering, known for creating bold, soulful dishes that bring people together. Beyond catering, he is the creator of Kitchen Kreators, a youth culinary mentorship program focused on teaching life skills, confidence, and creativity through cooking. Chef Jermaine’s work blends food, culture, and community to inspire the next generation both in and out of the kitchen.

I am a proud member of Community Peace Collective, a mother of three, and the Founder and President of Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach (DYCO), where I work to support families by providing essential resources and community-based programs. Professionally, I serve at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where I contribute to healthcare education and program coordination. I am deeply passionate about strengthening communities, promoting unity, and creating opportunities that empower families and individuals to thrive.
